With our two production line paint conveyorized systems and our manual booths
encompassing electrocoating and liquid coating, Phoenix Coaters can meet
virtually any coating need across any industry. Our electrocoating
line is environmentally friendly and process-controlled per ISO-9001
quality standards. In addition, our liquid line, zinc phosphate
pretreatment procedure has been certified and approved by the Department of the Army
performance standards to TT-C-490E for Type 1 spray
and application procedures approved for low carbon and galvanized steel.
