Liquid Coating

 

Phoenix Coaters has 4 production conveyorized lines capable of applying liquid coatings. Liquid coatings are applied by electrostatic or conventional HVLP spray equipment. We are also capable of liquid prime alone; liquid prime and liquid topcoat; and E-Coat and liquid topcoat for a superior finish. We can meet your demands for a high quality liquid coating and utilize many different types of liquid coating specifications. The various liquid paint applications at Phoenix Coaters reflect our extensive application and engineering capabilities which allows us to offer a Class 'A' finish. Depending on size, parts will be processed through one or more of our four production lines. Parts that are too large for these systems will be blasted or cleaned and pretreated with our large part cleaning system and processed through one of our manual booths. Parts processed through our production lines can range from small bracket up to a cube with the size of 6' x 8' x 14.5'.
