Powder Coating

Phoenix Coaters has the ability to process powder requirements down 3 conveyorized production lines, which can powder coat over our E-Coat surface, and will give you the best performance on the market today. Our in-line powder system pretreatment on the two E-Coat lines is zinc phosphate and NANO technology NT-1 on our stand-alone powder line. Products are processed through our environmentally climate controlled clean rooms for powder application and powder storage. Powder is then applied by a host of automatic quick changeover reclaim powder booths or for short runs, through our spray to waste booths. Again, parts processed through our powder lines can range from small brackets through a part that is 6' x 8' x 14.5'.
