Steel Shot Blasting

Phoenix Coaters currently houses 3 self-contained large steel shot blasting rooms and 2 automatic blasting machines to remove mill and heat scale on plate material and iron oxide on holes and edges created by laser or plasma cutting. Our two larger blast rooms are 23' x 29' with an 8,000# overhead rail system for roll in capability. Our automatic blasting machines offer up to a seven foot diameter spinner table. Our blasting capabilities meet the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) standards.
