Zinc Phosphate Pretreatment 

Phoenix Coaters offers zinc phosphate pretreatment in all of our systems, except one of the powder lines which offers NANO Technology NT-1, the latest new technology on the market today. Zinc phosphate and NT1 are the recommended pretreatment for maximum corrosion protection. Phoenix Coaters' zinc phosphate pretreatment procedure has been certified and approved by TACOM to meet the Department of the Army performance standards to TT-C-490E for type I spray and application procedures approved for low carbon and galvanized steel.
